Enabling Debug Logging
In the hydroseek listener service file
'hydroseek.logging.log4net'
Set the level to
DEBUG (and don't forget to set it back ;)

In ASP.NET this change works dynamically, but I had issues with it not taking in the hydroseekqueuelistener windows service, so you may need a restart.

No Email from Hydroseek Listener
- can you download a single file. If not, then the output directory needs to be writable.
- Enable logging
- is the mail getting sent?
Hydroseek will not start
- Check ontologies
- can you access a file from {app path}/ontology/ajax.owl
