For investigators outside of a test bed
- How to understand via DASH the sources and methods of collection of the data?
- Need tools in DASH that would make the data analyzable enough so that they know if they want to use it (appropriate graphing and searching capabilities) .
- Make sure is easy to use by typical researchers.
