A Catalog of services is hosted in a database at SDSC.
ONLY DATA FROM 2005 to present is available, presently

NCDC:
We are now using the WaterML service that returns the values a WaterML. This service add Site and Variable information from the CUAHSI database of NCDC Sites
643 stations with data since 2005.
Notes about the information in the database:
- Available Information (sites with data since 2005)
- 13k sites in the ISH metadatabase
- 11k sites in the ISD metadatabase
- Overall Dataset (not fully exposed)
- 22k Distinct sites
- 2045 NCDC sites
- 643 NCDC Sites in ISD and ISH
