[...] the web client (hydroseek0. It turns out that it was two issues 1) a scalability issue with hydroseek/his catalog database, and 2) Ontology Mapping issue with HIS central. Both issues are based on Hydroseek codebase. This issue would have effect all clients of of hydroseek and HIS central services. The Hydroseek codebase was developed rapidly, and has maintenance issues. We need to be able to be able to determine where the issue lies.
