AHM Logistics

Location¶

• Main meeting: Rm E-145 (seats 16 around the table and 12 around the wall); with projector and whiteboard
• There are many smaller rooms available, for breakouts
  

Time¶

• April 6-7 (Mon-Tue), 9am-6pm on both days (unless interferes with flight schedules? It takes a day to fly east from here, so suggest folks depart on Wednesday at the earliest),
  

Internet¶

• Will request guest connections through UCSD, details to be posted here. ACT needs the number of wireless accounts. Who wants one?

Local transportation¶

Some of you may be renting cars, or may be at the airport around the same time. If you want to share rides, or need transportation, please leave your arrival, departure and car information in this section.

Tim is renting an economy car.
Traveling light? We probably have room for two more people (might have to cram luggage in). Sign up below. Tim will check this on Sunday morning.

Arrive at airport on Sunday, 4:30pm, AA 1505 (I think Maidment is on the same flight)
Flight leaves SAN on Wednesday, 4:35pm, AA 3092 (Maidment will take another flight, so I will have extra room in my car)


David M's flight info:
Arrive Sunday, 4:30p, AA 1505
Depart Tuesday, mid-day, by car to Redlands


David T is renting a midsize car. Arriving 10 pm, flight 627 from SLC, accompanied by Kim and Jeff. Space for 1 more in car. Departing Wednesday 3 pm.

Parking¶

• The meetings will be at SDSC Expansion (the building addition at the east side of the main SDSC building. Our offices (IZ, DV, TW) are on the 2nd floor, E275-277. Park at the Hopkins parking structure near SDSC (7th floor is for visitors), $7 a day. See maps, directions, and the list of hotels at http://www.sdsc.edu/about/Visitorinfo.html
  

A is Hotel, B is SDSC, and C Is the parking structure. Walking is about a 20 to 30 minute walk through campus.
